JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drawing up a well-considered strategic marketing plan with a focus on general brand awareness and local store marketing (LSM)
  • You translate this strategy into substantiated processes for the Digital Marketing division and you monitor its implementation.
  • You continue to closely monitor the market, especially current trends and the needs / wishes of consumers.
  • Working both strategically and operationally within the online and offline pillar of marketing.
  • Contributing (together with the f&b manager) in setting up the marketing strategy for different Virtual Restaurants.
  • You manage all online media channels; paid & organic.
  • You are responsible for offline marketing and you devise creative marketing campaigns for this.
  • You work closely with the Operations team to set up store specific marketing campaigns.
  • You are analytical and analyze whether the digital actions achieve the necessary results
  • You continue to build on the digital experience of the brand behind the company
  • E-commerce bears and Social media marketing campaigns have no secrets for you
  • You can easily follow up and implement SEA/SEO analyzes

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Masters degree (or equal by experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing, focus on digital marketing is a plus’
  • Experience in executing large projects with cross-over departments and large teams;

  • Knowledge of market research practices and techniques and analyzing data;
  • Experience with: Linkedin Ads, Google Ads, affiliate marketing, SEO, email marketing.

Therefore we are looking for a Senior Operations Manager; an entrepreneurial and strategic people manager with a strong vision for operational excellence.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will have the final responsibility for the operational, people and commercial management of all Casper locations in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.
  • As a strong people manager, you will be guiding a comprehensive team of Operation Managers; multiple per country.
  • As the right hand of the CEO you are a strategic discussion partner and help building the overall vision of Casper. You will leave your mark on the organization by thinking along and formulating proposals and plans that will facilitate Casper’s international expansion.
  • You will be responsible for strategizing policies that ensure continuity of the organization’s onward commercial and operational development.
  • You establish structures and processes that are both people- (recruitment, coaching, motivation, customer satisfaction) and commercial-operational (number analysis, efficiency, speed of service, quality) oriented and ensure their implementation with your team.
  • You monitor the performance of each store with tracking, defining corrective actions when necessary, and prepare detailed reports, both actual and forecasts.
  • Thanks to your strong market knowledge and presence ‘in the field’ you are always on top of evolutions in the (international) market and you react quickly to advise on the appropriate new investments and improvements.
  • You will work closely with HR, Marketing and F&B Manager.
  • You are part of the management team and report to the CEO.

Profile

  • You have a master’s degree, or equivalent through experience, and can look back on a solid expertise as an operational manager within food -or catering retail.
  • You like to work both strategically and operationally. You have an entrepreneurial vision and succeed in translating this vision into concrete action plans and processes to ensure proper implementation.
  • You tackle matters in a structured and analytical way and are able to keep a helicopter view.
  • Through your entrepreneurship, positivism and enthusiasm you get people behind you, and you know how to build a strong team. You are approachable and you support your team like a real coach.
  • You have good language skills (Dutch, English and French).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You assume final financial responsibility for the organization and are therefore an important strategic discussion partner of the CEO to help determine the organization’s future from a financial perspective.
  • You analyze the financial results, supervise capital rounds and are responsible for financial reporting to the Board of Directors.
  • You create insight into the financial and operational performance of the various locations by analyzing, among others, food cost, staff cost, profit margin and overhead in order to optimize the results. You ensure the development of an efficient financial and operational reporting and workflow.
  • Besides the monthly closings and financial reporting, you are responsible for the forecasts and budgets. You explain any variances between budget, forecast and actual result based on analyses and translate these results into reports and concrete action plans.
  • You supervise one Accountant and assist with tax audits.
  • You take initiative by formulating proposals and working out projects.
  • You report to the CEO and are a member of the management team.

Profile

  • You have a Master’s degree, preferably in an economics field, and at least 5 years of experience in a role with ultimate financial responsibility. You are ready to take your next step in an entrepreneurial and fast growing organization.
  • You combine strategic vision with attention for and interest in the operational business. You use your critical sense, analytical ability and process insight to think along conceptually and to set up improvement initiatives that contribute positively to the further development of the organization.

  • Driving revenue and excellence in day-to-day operations of the NL Casper stores.
  • Responsible for P&L of all NL Casper stores.
  • Focusing on in-store problem solving and process improvement.
  • Training, coaching and supporting store managers; nurturing their talent and ambition while helping them to inspire, coach and develop their teams.
  • Constantly monitoring, measuring and evaluating all store kpi’s and key customer metrics.
