A ghost kitchen, in simple terms, is a restaurant that only makes deliveries. There is no physical space for customers. Orders are placed in one place, picked up by a delivery person or by the customer for takeaway, and eaten at home!

If you choose pick-up, you can collect your order yourself from the location of your choice. To do this, you must place your order online via our website, which offers low prices. We do not accept payments on site.
If you choose delivery, your favourite meal will be delivered to your home via Deliveroo, UberEats or Takeaway.com!
Your order will be processed within 15 minutes in our kitchen.
During peak periods (weekends) the waiting time may increase. Besides, are also fewer riders available when the weather is too bad. Therefore, waiting times may vary. Don’t worry, your patience will be rewarded with a delicious meal anyway!
Delivery: It must be transmitted by the platform on which you place your order.
Pick up: Please call the kitchen
Delivery: Select your order in the application through which you ordered, and in the Help section you can request a refund for the missing or wrong item. You will be refunded directly by the platform you ordered from.
Pick up: Although we do our best to provide our customers with the best experience, unfortunately mistakes can happen. You can contact us at feedme@eatcasper.com to obtain a voucher.
