Everything and everyone in place? Go, time to run your first shift of the day! Are you the person that can combine working in the kitchen and make sure all the admin is up to date? Guaranteeing all employees are trained and updated about the recent menu and company updates plus creates good vibes in the team. You have no 9-5 mentality, evening and weekend work doesn’t scare you off.

  • Working performance-driven feels natural for you;

  • Managing the facility while upholding our standards of excellence and hospitality;
  • Establish and build community relations;

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to learn and train others on all aspects of Casper’s operations
  • Ability to drive hospitality and inspire others to do so
  • Must be able to coach and develop others
