Assistant Store Manager (Ghent)

We are looking for a Casper Assistant Store Manager!

Casper is a dark kitchen concept that launched its first location in Gent, and soon expanded to Antwerp and Leuven as well. We aim to stand as a Quality Label brought by friendly ghost kitchen(s) creating quality food designed especially for delivery.

We strongly believe in a sustainable future which is why we place great focus on our people, the planet through eco-friendly packaging and our community through working with local suppliers.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you are like two peas in a pod with the store manager. You make sure that your location is up and running, guarantee operational excellence, focus on customer journey and create a nice atmosphere for your staff!

Tasks:

❏ Supporting the Store manager with operational tasks and decisions

❏ Making the customer experience spectacular by going the extra mile for our customers fe. Personalized packaging

❏ Implementing changes within your location, eg. Menu changes, procedures, new brands…

❏ Admin follow up – needs to be done too 😉 (F&B cost control, stock management, supply chain orders, team planning, invoices…)

❏ Cummunity building

❏ Supporting the common goals & targets
